Texture Streaming

One of the big changes we made in going from Resistance to Ratchet and Clank Future: Tools of Destruction was the adding our texture streaming system. Through a little Al Hastings's magic, we managed to increase our texture budgets significantly without introducing any noticable artifacts (You'd be really hard pressed to find any texture pop-in at all on RCF). Al's system is not just a good example of a simple system that works, it's a good example of a system that works precisely because it is simple.
