Giac Veltri (Tools Programmer), among other things, wrote the loading system for RCF. The loading system is where all the edge cases for the systems tend to collect - dealing with initialization, memory layouts, movie players, TRC issues, etc. - and it had to be running while the rest of the system was still active so we wouldn't have to stop the game to load a level. What Giac came up with in the end was a fairly simple solution that worked. Enjoy.
