Ratchet & Clank: Full Frontal Assault Metropolis Map Reveal

Today we revealed the upcoming Metropolis map for Ratchet & Clank: Full Frontal Assault via a live stream with both our Burbank and North Carolina studios. We answered questions and showed off the new map which will be available for FREE in the next patch. We also showed off some new skin packs that will be available for purchase in the future.

    they should make a veldin map and a 16 player game and if you cant do that then make a another game

    In December, I purchased this game for two reasons. 1, I love Ratchet and Clank and 2, I was intrigued with the cross-buy feature that’s advertised on the box. As I loaded this new game into my playstation 3, I saw an unfortunate message saying that the features were “coming soon”. Some what perplexed about the situation, I took to the internet to see what the problem was.
    I eventually found out the time for the vita version of the game was pushed back until today, Tuesday January 29th. I get home from work tonight, put in the game and I still see the “coming soon” message from a month ago I again go to the internet to see exactly what was going on and I see there are others with the same concern as mine.

    Now, I am fully aware that there are situations that arise in the making a game that may interfere with the game coming out at its targeted release. I am also aware that your company (as well as any company that is making a Ratchet and Clank game under the license) are making a game with a certain caliber. Yet, I cannot help but feel mislead into thinking that I was getting a “Deal” with this cross-buy feature if I cannot unlock all of the materials that is packaged let a lone actually play the version I was personally more excited about.

    I am not looking for any kind of handouts or freebies, I am looking to get what I paid for. With the lack of attention that vita version has been getting, I am starting to believe that it’s not going to come out. ever. I am not going to go on a tangent in regards to this studio and spout vulgar things while saying “I will never buy another insomniac game”, I will however say that this has made me more conscious of getting a game so quickly. I believe that I will now wait until the product is completely available before I choose to invest in it.

    Where is the vita version of Ratchet and Clank: Full Frontal Assault ? If you cant port a game dont tell people your be releasing it. I am a big big big Ratchet and Clank fan and seriously disappointed. Is there any news to share with us please……

    I am VERY disappointed by insomniac games. You got my money, via a bait and switch. January 29th has come and gone. Why not update us on the status of the VITA release rather than about new maps. I do not care about freebies. I just want to play on my VITA.
