We are looking for a talented individual who can support the Human Resources team with scheduling and coordination of the interview process, maintain the front reception area by answering calls, and greeting visitors, all the while providing additional administrative support… it’s a tall order – but one we think you can deliver with flair!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities for this spot:
• Support HR Team with scheduling, coordinating interviews, tests, applications and resumes in conjunction with Insomniac’s ATS.
• Coordinates travel for candidates and employees for business related travel through travel website.
• Answers incoming telephone calls, delivers messages, answers questions about studio and provides callers with information.
• Welcomes on-site visitors, monitors access, ensures that all visitors sign an NDA, maintains the database and files all NDAs.
• Receives, sorts, and routes all mail and publications
• Signs for and routes all incoming packages, notifies recipients of arrival via e-mail, and records all packages in a database.
• Maintains company website as it relates to site updates, open positions, FAQ’s, photos, blogs, and provides additional HR related changes to the Careers section of the site
• Provides back-up support to Facilities Coordinator for office orders and deliveries as needed
• Performs other clerical duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying, and collating
• Other duties may be assigned.
What we are looking for you to bring with you:
• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or six months to one year elated experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of the two.
• Related experience and a desire to build a career in Human Resources. HR certification a plus.
• Knowledge of database software and management;
• Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle multiple projects at any given time with strong organizational skills and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills both in oral and written form.
• Ability to manage difficult or emotional situations with tact.
• Respond promptly to customer needs and requests for service.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, so I hope you have been doing those curls!
